Thank you so much for supporting Bows Beads and Dreams. As a small business, every order means a lot, and each package is carefully prepared and personally posted by me with care and attention.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. As all orders are packed and posted personally, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during busy periods, holidays, or new product launches.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details where applicable.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

UK Orders: 2–5 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Bows Beads and Dreams is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the postal carrier and delays may occasionally occur. While we cannot guarantee shipping times, we will always do our best to help if your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed.

Please allow additional time during busy seasons such as holidays.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
