Refund policy

We do not currently accept returns or refunds on hair accessories, jewellery, and other personal-use items at this time. This policy is in place to help maintain product quality, safety, and hygiene for all customers. Please note that our returns policy may change in the future if we expand beyond these product categories.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused and accompanied by proof of purchase and photographs clearly showing the issue.

To report an issue, please contact Info@Bowsbeandsanddreams.com with your order number and photographs of the item within 14 days of delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on hair accessories, jewellery, or other personal-use items at this time.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at Info@Bowsbeandsanddreams.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Refunds
Refunds are not currently offered unless an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If a refund is approved in these circumstances, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at Info@Bowsbeandsanddreams.com.
